BANANA RIDES
Fun for everyone, the big banana will take you for a trip all the way around Castaway Island.
Hold on tight or you may end up in the water!

ISLAND SAFARIS
Travel in style on Fiji's fastest speedboat the 'Erin' on a champagne cruise to four of our Mamanuca Islands, with a delicious champagne picnic lunch on Honeymoon Island.

NIGHT FISHING
Join our handline fishing expedition - Monday through Saturday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. All anglers welcome!

PARASAILING AND JETSKIING
Try the exhilaration of parasailing over the sparkling waters surrounding the island or jump on a jetski and experience the rush of 30 mph on water!

SCUBA DIVING
Castaway Diving is an internationally acclaimed PADI resort member and has the distinction of being the very first resort in Fiji to be recognized and appointed PADI's International Gold Palm 5 Star Resort status, the highest recognition PADI awards to resorts. There is something for everyone no matter what level of experience you have. For those that have never scuba dived before we have complimentary pool sessions and introduction courses, a great way to discover the underwater world. For the qualified divers amongst you, we have shark feeds, moray eel encounters and exploratory dive trips as well as a whole range of gadgets to try out!!

SNORKELING TRIPS
We organize daily inner and outer reef snorkeling adventures. Experience fantastic underwater sites only minutes from the Resort.

WATERSKIING
Waterskiing for all - beginners through intermediate level behind the 90 hp "Ika Vuka'. For the experienced thrill seekers, circumnavigate Castaway in just 5 minutes behind the 400 hp 'Erin' - Fiji's fastest speedboat.

CASTAWAY KIDS CLUB AND CRECHE
The Fijians' love of children is legendary and you can be assured your children will be well cared for by your Castaway family. We provide a complimentary service for all children 3 years of age and over from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a separate, supervised children's dinner hour from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The kids will enjoy a mixture of games and experience a definite Fiji flavour - loads of fun and entertaiment.

Castaway Island Activities

Activities include tennis, scuba, windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, parasailing and fishing, with non-motorized activities included in the daily tariff. Castaway is an excellent choice for families as it has one of the finest children's programs Fiji has to offer. Relax around the pool or sit quietly on the beach soaking up the sun. Solve the problems of the world in total solitude under the shade of a palm tree. Castaway is the place where barefoot dreams are born and cares forgotten.
